Shipping policy

At Bike Likes, we strive to provide you with high-quality products at the best possible prices. To achieve this, we work directly with global manufacturers and suppliers.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

We offer shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 3–5 business days

Bike Likes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. This is because we source from various specialized suppliers to ensure the best quality for each product.

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at tkbikelikes@outlook.com with photos of the damaged item. We will work with our suppliers to provide a replacement or refund as per our return policy here.
